Uhh, the card speaks for itself. Munkey is only 16 so she doesn't really do resolutions or planning ahead. At that age who does? All she knows, is that she woves her boyfriend and that she is happy and doesn't really think of anything else. That's why this card is exactly...Cici.

In light of the new year.. this is very China. If you knew China you would know that is is totally her. She in fact creates crisis and emergency situations all the time. She is very high strung and energetic and bad things just seem to come at her all the time. It's like she is always at the wrong place...it also doesn't help that the girl has a very big mouth.
