You Wave Ultra and a Topsy Tail by Conair Review and Giveaway ~!

We were super excited to review the You Wave Ultra by Conair. This  will give your hair beachy waves that last all day long, and you can achieve this fun look really fast with this 3-barrel styling tool. We'd never had a waving tool and found it really easy to use. You simply start at the scalp with a section of hair, hold for 10-15 seconds and then move down the hair.

China, who happens to have really long hair, styled her hair today using the You Wave Ultra. From start-to-finish it took her 15 minutes to wave her entire head. This is with a little practice of course, and done right before she had to head out. If you have more time you can go a little slower and get the waves really perfect, but the more you use it, the faster you can get done anyways. The fact that you can do it in 15 minutes is a big plus though, because there are days you simply don't have half an hour or more to do your hair. 

So she waved, added some mousse and ran her finger through to release the wave a bit and was ready to go...in less than 20 minutes! Pretty nice for those days you are in a rush right? Her hair looked cute and so fun, these waves are a really nice departure from the straight or curled looks we always do.

You can find the You Wave Ultra at the Conair store or at mass market and drug store retailers nationwide for an average price of $45.99. Because of the amount of use this hair tool gets from us and will get for years to come, this is a nice value even though it's priced a bit higher. We've always had really good luck with our Conair styling tools and find that they really last  a long time and are a great quality.

 

Another neat product we got was the Conair Topsy Tail that retails for only $4.99. Let me say we love this little tool and who knew you could do 6 different hair styles with it??  So far we have mastered the original topsy pony tail and the sideways front tail. I had seen similar products for years but we've never had one, and what is really neat about this is that we can all use it. We especially love it for the little girls because it keeps their hair neater and the styles are so cute.

You can find other kits like this one including one for the perfect bun and a french twist clip. All are super-affordable and really easy to use. 

Both of these hair tools have been a lot of fun to review and will be getting MAJOR use from us. We'd like to thank Conair for the fabulous hair goodies and for giving us new ways to style our hair.
