Even on my best day, it's hard to look as good as I want, when suffering from the dreaded ALLERGY FACE. Beauty challenges like a puffy face, red nose and watery eyes – that are associated with typical allergy symptoms, tend to not only make us feel bad, but look bad too. But there are in fact many tips and little tricks that you can perform, to lessen the beauty symptoms of ALLERGY FACE.
A few tricks I use to embrace my natural Belleza Latina even during allergy season are:
- drink plenty of fluids to keep my skin healthy hydrated
- maintain a strict skin care routine
- eat a healthy diet with plenty of greens
- Take an antihistamine every morning

I can see how having a non-stop runny nose, a puffy face and watery eyes, can stop you from doing many activities, especially if they are in the outdoors.
