Like most people in their 20's, I lead a very busy life. Between my social media work, my actual day job and my personal life, sometimes I don't have an extra 5 minutes in a day for myself. But it is the life that I lead every day and I actually really enjoy being so busy all the time. Something everyone always asks me is how I manage to do it all, and my answer is that more than anything I take care of my health. I'm also really good at planning my day, week, month, etc. Today I am sharing a few tips on how to get the most of your day as well as sharing one of my best tips for keeping my body healthy with Centrum ® MultiGummies ®.
Get an extra hour in your day by setting your alarm an hour earlier. This really works out for me on very busy days. This extra hour allows me to get my brain into gear, to plan my day out fully and to have more time to get ready, because when I look better I can face the day with more confidence. Also, not having to rush through my morning is a better way to start a very long day.
One way to always get the most of my day is to stay on top of my health. I am a big believer in a daily mutivitamin regimen. Taking a vitamin is something that has really made a difference in how I feel, in supporting my immune system and it's something I never miss taking in the morning. My current vitamins are Centrum ® MultiGummies ®, which appeal to the kid in me. Gummies have always been one of my favorite treats and getting to take one as a vitamin is a fun way to "adult".
One of my best tips when it comes to getting the most out of your day is to plan your day, meaning, write it down. I am a big list maker and always use a planner to note down everything I have to do, that way I don't miss anything important. I can also get the most out of my time by writing it all down and planning out a schedule. That way I get the most of out my time and the gas is my vehicle.
