A Fun & Easy Treat

One of my favorite things about being a mom is getting to do fun things I did as a child with my mom. Julius is about to turn three so we have had two great Halloweens and are about to enjoy our third together. Now that Julius is a little older it's been fun to start doing things like crafting and coming up with snack treats for him that he couldn't enjoy when he was younger.  Since he is going back and forth between his father's house and here, I try to spend a much quality time with him as I can when it's my turn.  He was away last week so this week when he came back I decided to make us a celebratory snack in celebration of his return and Halloween. 

I stopped by Walmart for the fixings for our treat: Nabisco Go-Paks!, Snack Pack® Puddings and Reddi-Wip. We always buy all these items, especially the Nabisco Go-Paks! which are only $1 and available in everyone of our favorites. My favorite is NABISCO Go-Paks! Mini OREO Golden Sandwich Cookies and Julius loves NABISCO Go-Paks! TEDDY GRAHAMS Honey Graham Snacks and NABISCO Go-Paks! CHIPS AHOY! Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies. 

Taking the Nabisco Go-Paks!, Snack Pack® Puddings and Reddi-Wip and some apples, we created a fun & easy parfait that both of us really enjoyed. 

Go-Paks! Parfait

Start off by choosing your favorite Nabisco Go-Paks! We will be layering this parfait inside the cookie tub which makes these super convenient and cuts down on clean up time. Now that you have your favor picked out leave 1/4 of the cookies in the tub and layer a few spoonfuls of diced apples. Now take 1/2 a container of chocolate or chocolate and vanilla Snack Pack® Puddings followed by another layer of cookies. Finish off with a layer of apples and top with Reddi-Wip. 

This parfait is an easy way to get creative with the kids allowing them to pick what goes into their parfait  You can incorporate so many fruits and have a toppings bar, and it's a fun way to spend some quality time with them, while enjoying a treat.
