Got Babies? Shop The Target Baby Sale!

Today on my way back from work I stopped by to do some shopping during the Target October Baby Sale. Have you been to the sale yet? The entire baby department is on sale and since I can always use stuff for Julius and the other kids when they visit, I stopped by to check it out. I had already gone last Thursday, but any savvy Target shopper will tell you that there are new deals to be had every week. This week you can score deals on all types of baby stuff and with a purchase of $150 from the Baby Department, you get a $25 Target Gift Card.

A lot of the baby gear and car seats were also on discount. I grabbed a new Bumbo Seat which is a great multi-tasker for anyone who has small ones in their home. We have one already and use it as a high-chair as a floor seat and as a place for the littlest ones to sit while watching a movie. I grabbed a second for when one of the other kids comes over.

I had to get my diaper deal too since I am still working on that potty training. I think it will be another good year before Julius really leaves the potty. Going back and forth between his dad and myself isn't making it easier on him, but you do what you can. One thing I grabbed that he won't like is the puppy baby harness, but recently he has turned into a runner and instead of dying of a heart attack, I am going to harness him up and walk him around with a leash. Will I get dirty looks? Probably. But unless someone wants to wrangle my kid, then I suggest they just steer clear of the chick with the leashed kid.

On the way home we stopped for a spot of park play and I finally got to sit for a few moments of peace. It was a good day over all. I did some baby shopping, scored some great deals and the kids got to do some playing just as the sun was going down.

Time to get home and give them all a bath with this Honey Apple Johnson's Baby Wash. I didn't even know this existed! Don't be surprised if tomorrow I smell like Honey Apple too!
